We deliver pan-India through trusted logistics and furniture-specialized courier partners.
Our shipping network covers:

  • All major metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, etc.)
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns across India
  • Remote and rural locations (delivery timelines may vary)

If your area is outside regular delivery zones, our support team will assist with alternative delivery arrangements.


2. Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order furniture: Typically ships within 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity and wood finishing time.
  • Transit time: 5–10 business days after dispatch (depending on delivery location).

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping on most wooden furniture orders within India.
  • In certain remote or high-freight regions, minimal shipping or handling fees may apply — you’ll be notified before final checkout.
  • Bulk or large custom orders may require additional delivery arrangements.

4. Packaging & Handling

We use multi-layer protective packaging to ensure your wooden furniture arrives safely:

  • Thick foam or bubble-wrap protection
  • Heavy-duty cardboard or wooden crates (for fragile or large pieces)
  • “Handle with Care” labeling for all packages

Each product passes a final inspection before dispatch.


5. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made door-to-door where possible.
  • For large furniture (e.g., beds, wardrobes, tables), ground-floor delivery is provided by default.
  • Assistance for upper-floor deliveries may require prior notice or extra service charges depending on courier policy.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

We make every effort to deliver your order in perfect condition.
If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  1. Record an unboxing video as proof.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@housliving.com.
  3. Include your order number and photos/videos of the damage.

Our team will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as per our Refund Policy.


8. International Shipping

Currently, HousLiving ships only within India.
We are working toward expanding to select international destinations in the future.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
  • Transportation or logistics partner issues
