- Use Furniture Polish with Care: If you use polish, make sure it is made for the kind of wood you have. Stay away from strong cleaning chemicals because they can ruin your furniture.
Wood Furniture Care
- Solid Wood Care: Real wood can shrink or swell when the air inside gets too dry or too damp. Try to keep the temperature in your house comfortable and steady.
- Avoid Excessive Moisture: Water ruins wood easily! Never leave wet towels or sweaty cups sitting on wooden tables.
- Periodic Re-Waxing: If your wood furniture has a wax coating, rub some fresh furniture wax on it once or twice a year. This keeps it looking shiny and safe.
Upholstery Care
- Vacuum Regularly: Keep your couches and cloth chairs clean by vacuuming them with the soft brush tool. This sucks up all the everyday crumbs and dust.
- Spot Cleaning: If you spill something, just dab it gently with a dry towel—don't rub it! If a stain is really stuck, check the care tag or ask a professional cleaner for help.

- The extra decorations you see in our pictures are just to show you how the furniture might look in a room. They don't actually come with your order unless we specifically say they do.
- Since real wood is natural, the little lines and patterns on it will always look a little bit different on every single piece.
- If your furniture has tiny carved details or hand-painted art, the real item might look just a tiny bit different from the computer-made picture you see online.
- Every phone and computer screen shows colors differently. Because of this, the actual color of the wood or fabric might not match your screen exactly when it arrives at your house.
- When we list the "primary material," that just means it's the main thing the furniture is made out of. We might still use other extra materials, like screws or different woods on the inside, to put it all together.
Delivery:
- Our team will reach out to you so we can drop off your furniture without any stress!
- The first time we come to deliver your items, it is totally free. But if no one is home to let us in, we will have to charge a small fee to drive back out for a second try.
- If you live in an apartment building without a big elevator, our drivers will leave the furniture on the ground floor. If you want us to carry it up the stairs to your door, we will have to charge a little extra for each floor.
- If you really need us to bring your furniture on a weekend or at a very specific time, there is an extra cost for that.
- If you miss your delivery, we will keep your furniture safe at our nearby warehouse for 10 days. If we still can't get it to you by then, we might have to cancel your order.
Installation:
When your furniture arrives, it might be ready to use right away, or it might need to be put together. Here is what to expect:
- Pre-assembled: The furniture is already totally built. You don't have to do a thing—just place it in your room and enjoy!
- Expert Assembly: This means it's a tricky build. We will send our own expert builders to put it together safely and perfectly for you.
- Basic assembly/DIY (Do It Yourself): You get to be the builder! It only takes a little bit of work. We will give you simple instructions so you can easily put it together yourself. No experts needed!
